Job Tracker ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data.

Data Collection

Job Tracker stores all your information using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your job applications, interview details, agent contacts, and all other data are stored on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Information You Provide

When using Job Tracker, you may enter:

Job application details
Interview information
Agent and client contact information
Notes and other personal information

All of this information:

Stays on your devices only (iPhone, iPad, Mac if you have multiple devices)
Syncs via your personal iCloud account
Is not accessible to us or any third party
Is protected by Apple's iCloud security
Is encrypted in transit and at rest

Data Storage and iCloud Sync

All data is stored using SwiftData, Apple's native data persistence framework, and syncs across your devices via your personal iCloud account.

What this means:

Your data syncs between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac (if signed into the same iCloud account)
All sync is handled securely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure
Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
We do not have access to your iCloud data
You control your data through your iCloud settings

To manage sync:

You can disable iCloud sync in your device Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud
Disabling iCloud for Job Tracker will keep data local to that device only

Device Backups

If you use iCloud or iTunes to back up your device, your Job Tracker data may be included in those backups. These backups are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

Job Tracker does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Job Tracker does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for job seekers and is not directed at children.
